How do I install two Prado outlets side-by-side?

When setting up two Prado outlets adjacent to each other in a back box (for hardwired installations), you’ll need a standard double gang box measuring 4x4in—any model that fits those dimensions will work. To ensure correct installation, the center-to-center space between the two outlets must be 1-13/16”, which is also the required spacing when using the small trim ring in a double configuration. Don’t forget to finish the setup with a back box cover plate. For installations using self-contained or corded outlets without a small trim ring (double or triple), you can select a center distance greater than 1-13/16” if preferred.
