How to Add GFCI Properties to Blade In-Drawer Outlets

If a Blade Series Outlet is installed in a location that requires a GFCI by code, there are 4 ways to accomplish this:

Option 1 - Plug into a GFCI outlet

Option 2 - Wired in a series with a GFCI outlet

Option 3 - Use a Blade Series with GFCI (1514-150)

Option 4 - Plug into an outlet on a GFCI circuit

DANGER: Risk of electric shock. If used in the kitchen or bathroom, the unit shall be connected to a GFCI receptacle or a GFCI branch circuit.
