Warranty Length:

• 5 years from the date of shipment

Covered:

• Any defects or malfunctions of new or certified outlets
• All shipping costs

Not Covered:

• Labor costs
• Modifications to the outlet assembly, abuse, misuse, or acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods, or tornadoes.
• Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
• Please note that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
