To level the top cup:

1. Unscrew the two screws under the top cup using a Phillips head screwdriver.

2. Remove the top cup and set it aside.

3. Locate the two long plastic prongs on top of the outlet. These should be flush with the outlet’s top.

4. Use a flathead screwdriver to gently lift the prongs until they curve slightly upward. This adjustment helps level the top cup.

5. Reattach the top cup by screwing it back into place.
